We combine coffees from four key growing regions to craft this remarkable blend. The Central Valley produces an especially hard bean coffee for year round consistent flavor. The elongated beans of the West Valley ensure a balanced cup. The beans of Orosi add a lighter note, and those from the Brunca region contribute a fresh, lively taste. The dark roast brings out a strong flavor with hints of laurel and apple. It stimulates the palate and eases the conscience – only the best environmental practices are present in every bag.
